Pink Salad – A Secret Family Recipe

Pink salad is definitely not your typical salad. It’s the best kind of salad. It’s dessert! While it does have an unexpected combination of flavors, it does not disappoint. With a sweet fluffy mixture of fruits, marshmallows and absolute goodness, you need this in your life.

Ya’ll I have the most amazing, spunky and fun mother-in-law, Heather. She stepped into my life 15 years ago when I married Welby. Besides the love and joy she’s brought to my life, she has brought some of the best food and recipes along for the ride too! Pink salad is her recipe and I’m so happy to share it with you!

It’s a staple at our thanksgiving table but truth be told I make this divine dessert for Christmas, baby showers, or a random Tuesday night. It’s that good and that easy to make!

Pink Salad

A light and fluffy dessert recipe. Made with cherry filling, pineapple and marshmallows. This will be a fruity family favorite at your table!

  • 21 oz Cherry pie filling
  • 12 oz Cool whip, thawed
  • 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz Crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c Pecans
  • 10 oz Mini marshmallows, white

Instructions

  1. Combine and eat or refrigerate
